Gillian has lived with AS for over 40 years and now serves as a Trustee for the National Axial Spondyloarthritis Society (NASS). She shares her powerful story of being part of one of the early biologic drug trials, the impact it had on her health, and how it led her to advocate for broader access to these life-changing treatments. We also discuss her ongoing work in helping others with AS access the support they need, as well as her involvement in awareness efforts such as the “Walk Your AS Off” campaign.
